Purpose Statement

Married-4-Life seeks to help married couples build a Christ-centered marriage, where both spouses honor God and each other. We seek through, small groups, mentoring, seminars, fellowship events, and more, to help couples make their marriages reflect an ever deepening and growing spiritual life.

Ministry Team

JOE & JACKIE CANEZ
have been married for 20 years, have 6 children & 3 grand-children.  They both grew up in homes that experienced divorce.  As a young Christian couple they decided that this would not be an option for their marriage.  This attitude made them work through the tough times.  now they enjoy a great marriage that tries to put God first.  They believe that God wants them to share their lives & experiences to help other couples strengthen their marriages.

RODGER & KATHY MEDLIN
have been married for 40 years, have 2 children, & 3 grandchildren. They attended a marriage class at KCC about 5 years ago & realized that their good marriage could be great if they were willing to apply what they learned from the class. Then, 4 years ago, their oldest son divorced & broke their hearts. They believe there is always hope for a broken marriage to be made whole. Through this, God has given them the desire to help other couples with their marriages. With the divorce rate being the same among Christians & non-Christians, the Medlin’s know God wants them involved in this ministry.

TOM & BONNIE EAVES
have been married for 20 years & have two children. They made the commitment to raise their children in a Christian home. Part of that commitment is being devoted to each other through the good & the bad. They are teaching in this ministry not because their marriage is perfect, but because they want to learn, alongside other couples, how to become better spouses. They believe marriage is a gift & hope that by serving in this ministry, they will be able to help others grow closer to God.
